I was highly satisfied simply as I stepped in through the door I was met with a very polite assistant, he listened to what I wanted and took in the items I asked for he showed me quite a few beds headboards and mattresses to make sure I had the right items to suit my disabilities. He was understanding and polite all the time that I was there, I hope this answer your question.

I rang customer services to enquire about any finance options. The agent advised that it was available only on purchases over £500, unfortunately my purchase was slightly less, however the agent was able to provide me with the opportunity to apply for finance at which I was extremely appreciative. Great customer service!

We were trying to,place an order online, but couldn’t find the recycling section. We phones for assistance and the operative told us where the recycling section was, but to prevent us going back and forth, he took our order there and then.. he’s was very helpful, explained delivery and removal would be affected in tier 4. Because of his advise, be put back delivery a month, hoping the lockdown might have eased.
