As soon as I entered the store, I was greeted with a lovely young man, who was extremely helpful. He explained everything to me, I did the bed trial and was advised from there. I would definitely shop here again 👍😊

This is our second purchasing from Dreams, after buying a new mattress a couple of years ago. We found Dreams staff supportive & they made us feel comfortable (like a good mattress!) We visited a different store this time but had the same excellent customer service, everything we wanted in stock and came away happy and looking forward to our delivery.

Parked right outside, was greeted at the door. Used the hand sanitiser provided. Was able to have a look around the store to check on beds available for size and colour. Explained my needs, we were shopping for a spare room bed and the sales person showed me an alternative that we hadn’t thought off but we were happy with so we bought it. Delivery is due in 4 days.

Extremely satisfied with the overall process put in place to keep customers safe from Covid from entering store, to going around sampling the mattresses, pillows etc. Everything that was touch by myself and husband was sprayed with disinfectant and wiped clean. A small gesture that went a long way was offering bottled water to each customer as they entered.

From the moment I walked into the store, I was greeted by the store manager and assisted throughout my visit. I really had no idea what kind of mattress I was looking for but after 3 minutes lying on a specially designed bed hooked up to a computer I was presented with a list of 5 mattresses and taken to each one to try out. Stuart was knowledgeable about the products, friendly and patient. The social distancing in store was clear and everything was sanitised regularly. It was my first visit to dreams, but I would certainly recommend!

The young man who served me was highly knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He is an asset to the Talbot Green store.

Staff were welcoming and friendly as soon as I arrived. Price was pretty good considering, and available for delivery very quickly. My needs were satisfied.

Because Chris was patient whilst I asked for time to decide at various stages of my transactions.

Both colleagues were with other customers when we arrived but both made us feel we were important even though we had a little wait ( not very long). They told us we could browse and were clear on Covid guidelines regarding touching items whilst not with a staff member. As soon as able the staff member joined us and was extremely polite and helpful. By this time we had already found the product we thought we wanted but the staff member listened to our specific needs and offered a couple of alternatives. The item was in stock and delivery was free and would take place in just a few days

The service was good, we were the only people in the store so no issues with social distancing. Hand gel was available but a bit runny. Water bottle also available which was a nice touch as weather hot.
