The salesperson who greeted me on arrival was Christopher. He was extremely welcoming and certainly very knowledgeable. I explained what I would be interested in, there was no pressure selling, he had my needs first and foremost. I was very impressed.

We originally went in just to browse at mattresses to buy and would’ve probably ended up buying a mattress that’s wasn’t suited to us. A guy greeted us at the door ( I really can’t remember his name but he was lovely) and he took us to the machine that sizes you up for a mattress. The results got printed and he took us to the options. We tried out a few and what I did like was that he’s wasn’t cramming the most expensive one down our throat as some sales people do. He allowed us to try the top choice on our report which was expensive but then also told us to try a cheaper alternative that was also on our results. All mattresses we tried were lovely and it was a tough decision to make, he didn’t sway our mind in anyway and only offered pros on each mattress. I feel like we selected the best mattress based on what we wanted thanks to the help of that gentleman.

Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Assistant took time to understand our requirements and took note of all the comments we made. There was no pressure to purchase but she guided us to our final choice, explaining the different options available.

Staff member went above and beyond to help me and assist during my visit even with my disability. He was also very knowledgable and couldnt be happier to help.

Visiting the store in Llantrisant was a pure pleasure, Jo was helpful, polite and courteous with a great sense of humour. All the procedures and sampling of beds were explained in great detail. All the staff were friendly.

Good knowledge very helpful and polite without being pushy

The two staff members that helped us were very knowledgable and very kind/helpful. They cleaned everything after us and made us feel very at ease.

Colleague was very friendly and knowledgable, also very keen but, willing to give me all the time I needed to make my mind up. The machine to test my body and position etc was quite an experience and made choosing so much better. Good hygiene and distancing throughout the store. The price took me back a bit I must admit but, it is what it is. The free pillows at the end was a real treat and much appreciated.
