Staff were very helpful and patient with us as we needed a specific size to fit in our bedroom - Jocelyn from the llantrisant branch was so helpful and very polite and kind

We were initially coming to store to see what products were available, we knew we didn't want a slatted base and not something as outdated as a boxy divan base but was unsure from there. We had assistance from Simon who was fantastic and very knowledgeable, he took into consideration what we didn't want and why and was able to find us a bed frame that was stylish and functional due to it having under bed storage. He allowed us the time to have a browse around and see what we liked and have a try of almost every mattress in the store, my husband was more than happy. Simon then invited us to try the sleep match and talked us through the different matches, he was very patient whilst we made our decision, overall we are very happy with our new purchases and are looking forward to them arriving. We had the pleasure of talking to a few of the team on the day we visited and there is a fantastic and friendly team at the store.

The sales assistant "Simon" was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. All of the staff in the store were very friendly and helpful. The store was laid out nicely and was clean and tidy. I was after a basic divan for a spare bedroom. I was showed suitable options for the base and headboard. There was no pressure felt to make a purchase but I was very happy with what was available so went ahead. The whole process was professional adn I was very happy when I left the store.

Quick and easy

I was very happy with the service I received when visiting the store, the staff greeted us and were so helpful with ensuring we got the best mattress to meet our needs but also was friendly and conversational which helped with me as I struggle with anxiety. It was relaxed and a fab experience all around.
