The sales assistant (Jo) was extremely welcoming, knowledgable and actively listened to exactly what I was looking for.

No in Talbot Green store was very professional and friendly. She wasn’t pushy though and listened to our needs. I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family. I dreaded shopping for a new bed but Jo made it a pleasurable experience.

We return to the Talbot Green/Llantrisant store time and time again. The staff are extremely knowledgable and helpful without being pushy. A very enjoyable experience with staff going over and above what is expected. A lovely cup of tea as well thank you.

Great, I went in store after finding 2 options I liked online. I got an assistant to discuss options with, and she was great, really friendly and knew what I needed. Friendly staff and fast service. Managed to get in and out within about 20 minutes.

Store manager Stuart was friendly, helpful, accommodating, I was there with my 5 year old and he made her feel welcome provided her with books to read and water which made it easier for me to do what I needed as no child that age likes shops that they can’t get toys from. He was very helpful understood what I was after, explained the products available to me allowing me to make an informed decision..

Staff were very helpful and efficient. Prices were good. No faults whatsoever.
