When a sales person offers me free delivery with the suggestion that they are throwing it in for no cost as a favour and I'm offered a mattress marked up at one price, for a lesser price plus free delivery, it concerns me that if I were to have spoken to another assistant I may not have been offered that and there is a feeling that the products are over priced if they can "knock off £50". Also, and this is entirely my own personal issue, but whilst shopping that day I had my 16 year old severely autistic son with me; the sales assistants unease was clear and despite my son's very loud and very bizarre behaviour the assistant did not acknowledge him at all, in fact her effort to keep her eyes averted was a feat of endurance. Towards the end of the sale I felt her manner had become quite rude and that she were ignoring his presence as one would a large spot on someones face.

Just went in to look at beds & bought one. No reason really. Staff were friendly, polite & even offered drinks, which was a nice touch.

There was only one issue. I was on a short time scale, I had to wait for the contract to be processed. I understand that these things happen. The branch manager called the appropriate person straight away.

I was a little overwhelmed by the amount of information being aimed at me & didn't quite understand that a £45 product guarantee was added onto the price; I would not have taken it out had I known. The end price was a little higher than the original quote however given the choice I was pleased with my mattress. It would have been nice to have had a few more mid-range or budget items to try. Also despite asking that my details not be given out I notice that all of the boxes (telephone, mobile & email) have been ticked so that I will receive 'select information'. I'm not happy about that as I've spent months stopping calls! Despite unavoidable delays the delivery team were great, quick & efficient dealing with an awkward staircase. The only thing that might have improved thr experience with them would have been a quick call or text to say why they were running late.

We felt a little pushed into making a purchase but on the other hand although we haven't yet had the bed, we are very happy with our choice and really like the 40 nights comfort guarantee.

I had hoped that delivery would be possible in less than 3 weeks, but this was not so. We even left the shop to look elsewhere, but my son wanted the bed we'd seen in Dreams. I tried looking online to see if I could have it delivered earlier, but your website doesn't allow you to see delivery times before making a purchase, so I was forced to live with the delivery date suggested by the store. It seems ridiculous to have to wait that long.

The mattresses are being delivered on the 15th but we are still waiting to know when the bed frame and head board will be delivered. Factory abroad and not sent to the UK yet
