I was alway taughte there is always room for inprovement so i always mark it slightly lower. I wish your cloud pillows were alittle cheaper. I was really happy with the service i had from your store and was offered plenty of coffee. Staff made you feel comfortable while we were looking around and nothing eas to much bother

We were misquoted a price for a mattress. We were torn between two mattresses, one was £749 and the manager of the store told us there was only £50 between the two. So we decided to go for the other mattress that was £50 more expensive. When we got to payment, it turned out the mattress was £150 more expensive and she had made a mistake. She took off the delivery charge and some money for us, but it was still £100 more than we would have paid.

One of the assistants said he wasnt sure about of a lot of the products, but he would find out. Then he just stood there and looked at me without finding anything out. In particular, a set of draws which clearly didnt come with the bed he asid he "doubt" they came with the bad. He also wasnt sure about the delivery procedure. I explained all of my concerns, and that due to the amount of money I was about to spend "doubt" wasn't a good enough response

At this time I have yet to receive my mattress so can't give a complete response. Please note, the delivery has not been delayed.

The service we recieved was great however I am disappointed at how the branch manager Lynn spoke to the lady who was serving us. She was new and made a few mistakes and was dismissed and dealt with by Lynn in an impatient manner.

I was told that if I came back to place an order I would be offered a good deal. When I returned the following day I had £50 off the price which I don't think is a "Good Deal". Also I was told the total cost of the bed and mattress but when I asked for a breakdown I was told I had a cover policy on the mattress which I didn't want and the delivery and assembly charge wasn't explained to me. With the cover policy for the mattress, if I had taken that out I would have received a free mattress cover worth £40! How can you say it's free when your paying for the cover anyway.
