The assistant was very helpful and also helped us to calculate monthly payments that would be within our budget to then show us which beds we could go for.

The instore customer service seemed rather condescending seeing me, a young girl alone I feel they did try and take advantage of my lack of knowledgex

No Problem with the Staff at the store. Could not be bettered. The Staff (all of them were spoken to/with during the course of the visit). They are all a credit to the company. They were knowledgeable; well trained; approachable and friendly. Appeared interested in what one was saying and gave the distinct impression that YOU (as in 'the customer'), mattered! The Problem is over the cost of the item, which I acknowledge is not the fault of the staff. Indeed they were as helpful (or at least appeared so), as it was possible within their remit.

I was satisfied with the store and staff were extremely helpful and professional.

I liked the assistance but I would have preferred to have some more time on my own with the wife and kids to try more beds and not be told what ones they think we will like.

I BOUGHT A MATTRESS THAT COST £79 HALF PRICE,I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THIS PRICE BUT WAS THEN INFORMED I WOULD HAVE TO PAY £40 DELIVERY AND ANOTHER £40 IF I WANTED THE OLD MATTRESS TO BE TAKEN AWAY.
