While I appreciate helpful staff. It would be nice to at least walk around the store once without being approached giving myself and husband a chance to discuss products. The staff were extremely helpful and had significant knowledge of all the products.

I am never highly satisfied when spending money, its a dirty job that has to be done

i think it didn’t take longer but i it might have been saying we needed a new bed and we didn’t go shopping around it like ferst come ferst serve hope you understood meaning oh must say i was with my wife who has had a memory loss and with my sister i must tell you i can’t put pen to paper.yours mr.d j green

There wasn't enough choice of lower price beds, the price lists were confusing me and I have since seen a bed that appears to be of better quality for around the same price in Benson for beds.

I was fine with the experience

I thought the mattress would have been cheaper but it was supposed to be a few hundred more than what I payed.And I have emailed to see if they are taking the old mattress away when they fetch my new mattress but I haven't had no reply back?

Was given a delivery date for 8/1 but no sign of our mattress ! When I rang customer services they told me that an email was sent to me explaining that the matters wouldn’t be delivered for a further 3 weeks, I received no email or phone call !!! I took a day off work to receive this item and got rid of our old mattress the day before the date I was given for delivery , not happy at all !!!!

Because I bought a mattress not the Crown jewells

The cost of the products were very expensive in line with other retailers

The staff were very good but we wanted time to think it over. Luckily we did as the same mattress was several hundred pounds cheaper in Leeke's.
