The sales person Garry was lovely. Very good. Just wished our items could be delivered quicker than 4 weeks.

Highly Satisfied is a very high acclaim to reach for all aspects of a very large purchase. Although we ended up purchasing a high quality product it also came at an equally high price.

I was very happy with the service I received from the sale's colleague, product knowledge was great, friendly service, told about offer's.

Maybe to many ‘add ons ‘ to the original price

When I used the i/net to search Dreams for the items I wanted it clearly showed the item in stock. When I went to the store to view and order the item (Wood bed frame and mattress, the item was out of stock and delivery extends to the end of November. If it was not for the fact that our son is seriously ill and needs the item I would have gone elsewhere to try and reduce delivery time. `Poor show Dreams.

Length of time taken to place an order, due to a system error that caused the whole order to be lost (through no fault of any staff member).

Im blind & had to rely on extra help which the assistant provided but it was very buzzy & very hot in the store which made me uncomfortable which was not the assistants fault but it spoilt my experience at this time at the store

It took 30 minutes for someone to serve us as he was with another customer
