Our order is being delivered within 4 days of the ordering, and was given a couple of choices for delivery. Both sales people understood that buying a new bed and getting the right product is important, and found them both very helpful.

Nicola, your representative, was exceptionally helpful, pleasant and patient. She explained the advantages and disadvantages of the various mattresses we were looking to purchase.
