We were satisfied with the service we received, Salesman was helpful, good knowledge of products. Plenty of time to let us try mattresses Pleased with purchase.

The staff were both friendly and helpful made us a nice cup of coffee , while we tried out the beds , we were encouraged to try all the options and given plenty of time to decide , and we didn't feel pressured in to a purchase .

The main reason that I say that I am highly satisfied with my experience is mainly down to the friendliness, expertise and professionalism of Barri at your store in Talbot Green. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me to my purchase. The store is bright and very clean with plenty of selection available. Barri was also very kind to my 7 year old son who had to accompany me on my visit, but he provided him with drawings to do and even put a film on the television so entertain him, whilst he provided me with the assistance I needed with my purchase.

The adviser Dhaval was really good I didn't attend on buying a bed today just looking but he gave such a good deal and was so friendly I made a purchase that I was highly satisfied with

I was very very happy and very satisfied with our purchase from your talbotgreen store. We walked in and the store attendant (davhal) approached us and offered help in finding the perfect mattress, he helped us and advised us on different matteesses and the differences between them and could answer all our questions, which fills us with confidence when looking for the right product no matter what you're buying so we were very very happy with the service we recieved. Also, we are very happy with the quality and mostly the price of our mattress, the rrp was £799 and we paid £420 and we absolutely love the quality and comfort of our new mattress so, all in all we are very very happy customers. My partner and I visited the Llantrisant store looking for a new Bed, Lynne was very attentive, she helped to make sure our children where occupied so she could help us find what we where looking for, we found the bed that we wanted immediately and because of her product knowledge and by giving us plenty of time alone to discuss the product I found it the perfect balance of service, she also identified some other things that we where looking for in out home and matched us to some other products in the store including matching bedding and bed side tables, we even decided to purchase some bedroom furniture for our son, although we were initially just browsing we felt completely comfortable with Lynne and the products she was offering she seemed to identify exactly what we where looking for, I work in sales myself and therefore hate being on the receiving end of a sales pitch, I didn't feel like this was the case with Lynne she just listened and came up with the goods. Great job Lynne thank you our home now looks like a dreams show house - you're an asset to the Dreams Team well done!!
