We were served by Lynne, the Branch Manager who we found extremely helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. We needed to return to the branch as the mattress we first purchached was unsuitable. Lynne herself had a few days off, we were impressed enouph to wait for her return before we went back to the branch. She was just as helpful when we bought a different mattress. Well done.

We were allowed to try as many beds until we made our mind up, we went in to but a Hypnos bed but we tried a couple of beds before we went back to our original choice and Lynne wasnt a bit pushy and let us take our time. We also bought pillows, quilt and a head board.
