The staff member "Lynne" who dealt with our purchase, had a good product knowledge, which was better than we had found at a competitor store. Enabled us to make an informed choice.

I was very satisfied with my experience at dreams due to the fact your employee called Rebecca (Bex) gave excellent customer service, had great knowledge on the products and was more than helpful. She is an asset to your company and even tried being as fast as possible as I was in a rush and still managed to tell me about my chance to win vouchers. Also I was given a years guarantee for my purchase, as a first time home owner that is really comforting.

I was served by Chris who was very helpful, polite and friendly. He was able to answer all of my questions and his advice was very useful. I have purchased from this store before and this was my reason to return again. I will be using this store the next time I need a bed.

Nicola assessed what we were looking for and took us to the relevant items straight away. She explained the difference in each of the items and made our selection easy. Once selected the order was processed quickly. It transpired that during the placing of the order the wrong product was selected. Nicola telephoned us immediately to check and the order was rectified immediately with no change to the delivery date. She was pleasant and courteous at all times
