Went in with some idea of what I wanted but Assistant (Rebecca) took pains to give great advice (without being pushy) and assistance in selecting a bed and a mattress to my specific needs.

when Chris the salesperson welcomed me I was only looking at the bedding, he mention about the sale which was on and showed me the TV bed at the front he was very cheerful and made me feel the same way and I felt at ease with is attitude

Rebecca the assist was a credit to your company an absolute asset and extremely patient and helpful

Customer service was really good and I had the bed and mattress that I've been looking for a long time.

Although there was plenty of choice, my wife did not won't to be 'confused' by too much and was pleased to be able to choose from a display of selected mattresses that suited her needs and price range.
