The sales assistant, Chris, was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable with regards to the products on offer. He allowed us to try out several of the products before making our final choice and provided prices based on different combinations of items. I would definitely recommend this store to others especially if dealt with by Chris.

Rebecca was very helpful in that store,had a product from there before. as you wear know there is a dreams in Caerphilly pop in there but not so help full. that's why we went over to llantrisant.

Our experience at Dreams was first class we walked into the store and we were met by salesman chris who was very polite and helpful his knowledge was first class and helped us choose the right bed for us 5 ☆☆☆☆☆

We were served by Mike, a young man in his first three weeks of employment. His assistance and manner of service was both honest and refreshing and no doubt bodes well for his future in which we wish him well.

Lynne the manageress was very helpful and knowledgeable. She sorted out our problems in ways we had not thought of .Excellent.

A gentleman called Chris was very friendly and helpful,He was very intentive and knowledgeable, in helping us making our purchase today .He advised us with different options to see which ones suited our needs and we would return in the future if we needed a new bed ,for the service and quality he provided.

The assistants were very helpful & had a lot of knowledge. We didn't feel rushed as we spend 2 hours choosing our bed. They helped us eliminate beds we didn't like & guide us to more suitable products. It took a while as my boyfriend & I prefer different firmnesses of mattresses. We were given pillows that suited our preferences to try all the mattresses out & it really made a difference. Very pleased that delivery will only be 3 weeks. Really good service & guarantees.
