The service we received was excellent. We were asked if we needed any help immediately we entered the store. The dreams colleague who served us was very informative and knowledgable and was very attentetive without being pushy. The help we deceived on choosing the right mattress to suit our needs, was excellent, and Wud recommend dreams to friends and family without a second thought.

Very friendly staff that explained every thing we wanted they did nt rush us even though it was pass closing time they even offered us a cup of tea was nt rushed at all we were chosing out bed ect for way over an hour and lynne the sales lady kept insisting we try the beds we like till we decided

The assistant Michael was very pleasant and helpful. He listened to my requirements and explained various alternatives. He didn't rush me or make me feel under pressure to make a decision, which I really appreciated. In fact I would go so far to say that he was exceptionally skilled with his interpersonal communication and I felt very lucky to be served by him.

Christopher from the Llantrisant branch was very helpfull, he gave us enough space to discuss the products in private whilst also always being close enough and aware if we required any further information from him. Top job!

We received a warm greeting from several members of staff when we entered the store. We were not bothered and walked around the store at our leisure. We then approached a member of staff and explained that we were looking for new pillows. We were taken to the pillow section and the lady then spent some time explaining the different types available - I had no idea there were so many! We were then invited to try different types. Nothing was too much trouble and when my husband was unsure there was no rush and he was offered the chance to try them all again.

The assistant was courteous, took her time, understood my needs and answered all my questions.

You had the brands we were interested in. The staff were helpful and offered us options. They were also well informed about those options and helped us to make our decision over what to buy. The extras for delivery and to take away our existing bed completed the transaction which gave us an all inclusive package.

I knew what I was looking for as I had researched online. The staff member did not try and sell me anything else she just helped facilitate what I wanted.
