We was recommended the cheapest items that we were looking for as requested as well as value for money items giving us an option that we never thought of. I.e ottoman bed. This was the same price as a simple bed frame we were originally looking for. We were not persuaded to buy more expensive items that we did not want which tended to be the case in our local dreams shop.

The women that seen to me in llantrisant store was so helpful her name was lynne I had 2 kids running round and she was great with them and understanding even put the tv on for kids I did want to leave cos they were being a bit of an handful but she made me feel comfortable with them running round and being mad

Chris, our salesman was very knowledgable and was able to answer all our questions without Speaking double Dutch. We were very impressed with our experience in store

Called into store last week and was given all the assistance and information we required but was not pressured into purchasing. Went back today and was greeted with the same enthusiasm as previously and again given all the information we asked for.Purchased today

The assistant "Lynne" showed us which beds suited our requirements but then left us to make our own decision which was the way we like it. There was no pushing to purchase and once we had decided which we wanted she was very competent in her handling of our purchase. My husband is an amputee so is not able to go shopping very often but we had no problems at all at your Talbot Green store and would certainly go there again.

Highly satisfied with the range of goods on offer. Myself and my wife chose this store as we were very satisfied with a previous purchase made in 2015, in purchasing a child's bed and accesories. On arrival at the store we were immediately greeted and felt welcome. We had assistance on selecting The items which we purchased, and the overall knowledge shown by one of the store assistant namely Rebecca concerning the stock on sale was extremely good. No pressure was shown by the staff when we were in the process of deciding our preference. Our overall experience on visiting this store was very good and we would have hesitation in visiting in the future or recommending the particular store to friends or family.

The assistant (Chris) was very friendly & informative but not at all 'pushy'. We were offered tea/coffee during our visit as we browsed the beds. Very pleased with the service.

On arrival we received a warm welcome but not pounced on. We were allowed to browse for a few minutes but when Rebecca saw we had become confused she came over and offered assistance. She was friendly, very knowledgable but not pushy at all. She recommended products within our price range and encouraged us to take as much time trying them out and discussing them. She listened to what we wanted and didn't try to push us towards a more expensive option. Not only did we manage to find the mattress we wanted but Rebecca also recommended a brilliant pillow which has eliminated all of my neck tension and dead shoulder.

Excellent service.. Sales person gave us time to think about it, no pressure and telephone num to ring back when we had measured up. Gave us very good knowledge and offered us refreshments.. Very happy
