Asma showed good product knowledge, was courteous and attentive and listened to what we wanted. Although the specific bed wasn't in store, Asma bright up a display to show options which was very useful.

We were greeted on entrance by Rebecca with a friendly pleasant attitude. She asked if we needed help and as we did, she established what we were looking for and then showed us the appropriate beds, giving us All the information on the product and the differences between the one we we veering towards and all the other types of bed in store. She was very knowledgeable about the products. All this was done in a friendly way and at no time was she 'pushy' in any way. We were very pleased with the service she gave us.

i was highly satisfied with the service that i recieved from christopher in the store in llantrisant today he explained the products i was looking at an interested in in great detail. christopher was quiet pleasant and well mannered in his approch to his work. i was really happy with other members of staff also as they helped out with my children when they needed the toilet and they gave them colouring books to colour whilst we were purchising our furniture. so overall i am really pleased to say the staff at llantrisant dreams are really good at theyre job.

As soon as we walked in the store we were greeted by a lovely member of your staff Rebecca at the Talbot Green branch. We were shown the product we had been looking for offered a coffee whilst we waited for a price to be worked out. The service she provides, Dreams beds should be proud to have her as a member of their staff.

The gentleman who assisted myself with my purchase was extremely knowledgeable and very enthusiastic. He spoke very highly of the offers and persuaded us to make the purchase. He gave us assistance and answered all our questions but also gave us space to talk. His name was Chris Davies in the Llantrisant branch. This was mine and my partners first purchase for our new house and Chris made the purchase so easy. Due to a reduction in price due to sale, Chris quoted 20 month payment terms when we initially thought it was 30 months. He queried with his manager and agreed on 30 month payment terms.

My wife and I were just browsing for a new mattress so we called at your Talbot Green Branch. We were assisted by a very friendly assistant - Lynne - who provided all the information and assistance we needed so much so that we decided to go no further with our shopping and as a consequence purchased a mattress. Due to Lynne's friendly service, we also purchased other items and would definitely return for further products. As pensioners we considered the deal on offer was quite acceptable. We have already recommended the service to our family.
