Excellent customer service and product knowledge

There was no 'sales harassment' just polite assistance. We were offered hot/cold drinks from the offset and the staff were incredible with our daughter, entertaining her with colouring books and with genuine engagement. The sales person guided us through the various options available without steering us toward more expensive products which we appreciated as obvious manipulation even when it's subtle is intimidating and off putting. After we decided to go ahead with the purchase the financial completion proceeded without hassle and ended quickly.

We visited Dreams Talbot Green 6 months ago and Rebecca recognised us as soon as we walked in. Her product knowledge was instant without reference to any notes. She was very accommodating and didn't pressure is into making instant decisions. We will definitely go back to Dreams if she is working there when we change bed next without consideration for your competitors.

We purchased a mattress at this store in November 2016 - Rebecca was extremely helpful then so we decided to go back to purchase a bed and a mattress last month. Once again, the service in the shop was excellent. We were welcomed into the store and offered a drink (very nice touch!!). Rebecca and her colleague once again listened to our needs and we came away very happy. Rebecca is a credit to your store - she is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable - on our first trip she explained how the colour system works and led us to beds that she thought would best suit our needs. We have already recommended the store to friends and family and will definitely return ourselves.
