Staff very informative and helpful and friendly. Was offered tea/coffee as we entered store. Not as an incentive to buy. But a genuine gesture. explained every mattress bed etc. To help with our decision. A very positive shopping experience. Well done llantrisant store staff especially Chris.

The speed with which I was attended to and the pleasantness of the staff. Dreams, Talbot Green is quite near to where I live and therefore convenient.
