The lady was very helpful, I explained the type of mattress that I liked, and she showed me to a variety of ones on display, of which I tried them all out, she directed me towards one of their best sellers which was nearly half price, which was excellent value for money and also very comfortable, she had great product knowledge, was very friendly, and the paying process was quick easy and simple. We were also offered mattress protection which covered all damages to the mattress and also included a free mattress protecter worth £39.99. It was an easy and pleasant experience

The store was well presented and enticing. I wasn't intending to purchase on this visit, just browse but the staff were very welcoming and friendly. In particular Ann Marie who took the time to enquire what I was looking for, giving me valuable information on the products enabling me to make a decision there and then. Excellent choice, value for money and great service, it was an easy choice to make not needing to shop around!!!

The sales assistant asked the appropriate questions to enable us to make our own decision on the type of bed, pillows and mattresses required, as well as encouraging us to try the products to ensure that our requirements were fulfilled. She explained the differences in the types of mattresses, their components etc., in a manner that is easily understood and after trying them, found it quite easy to eliminate the products that did not meet our requirements, thus, finding those that did. Her knowledge of the products on sale was excellent. All this was done in a friendly, non-rushed, non-pushy way. ALl of the staff in the shop were helpful, friendly, and nothing was too much trouble.
