Chris took time to find out or needs and budget. At no time did we feel pressurised. His knowledge was very good. His sales technique was impressive and ended in a win win situation for both parties.

The assistant took allowed us time to try each mattress and suggested alternatives to try. She was patient with us and our two girls who were very excitable. She gave us time alone to discuss. She clearly explain the payments and finance plus delivery.

Annemarie did pressure us, she showed us all of the ranges within our budget and explained the differences in the mattresses, she didn't try to sell one more expensive than we wanted to pay. She gave us time to discuss and didn't rush us.

The lady in the store was very helpful and knowledgeable, and new exactly what was needed for my 13 year old daughter, couldn't fault it, very quick and easy

service in the store was immediate, friendly and professional without being pushy. my order was placed quickly and all my needs catered for. product is on order and I can test for 40 days and return if it's not suitable. everything I was looking for in one place at last!

The sales assistant Amy dealt with all my needs as I also visited the store several times before I purchased and never felt pressurised into buying any products but Amy sold me the bedroom furniture with total satisfaction

As soon as I walked in the shop I was greeted with a really warm welcome. The shop assistants were very knowledgable about the products and very patient whilst I decided on what bed and mattress I was going to buy. They offered me a cuppa a few times. Overall they were brilliant at their job.
