I was greeted by your sales lady (Rebecca) who said hello as we entered the store. We knew roughly what we wanted but she gave us lots of advice and we tried various beds until we were both happy with our choice. She also recommended a pillow to help with my husbands snoring which we purchased. Very helpful and pleasant. When we need a new mattress for my daughter we will most definitely return.

I was served by Rebecca in the Talbot Green store, she was approachable, and very personable with a fantastic knowledge of the products I was looking for and the differences between them and the others. There was a delay with the finance company which Rebecca dealt with in a very professional manner, yet was still good fun to have a conversation with.
