Rebecca (Llantrisant store)was very knowledgeable, professional and most helpful. She answered all of our questions in a way that we could easily understand and took time to explain things to us. This resulted in a purchase that may not have taken place if we weren't given this level of service.

Staff were extremely friendly and knowledgable. They were also very accomodating of and patient with my two year old who enjoyed trying out the beds.

Rebecca was very helpful but also gave us just the right amount of time and space to choose what was right for us. We ended up buying additional items based on her recommendations and her useful information. She was efficient, professional and cheerful, as were her colleagues.

Chris was very welcoming and pointed out the different types of mattresses. he listened to our needs and did not try the hard sell which was much appreciated.

Level of service was second to none - even made me a cappuccino!

On entering the store was asked straight away if there was any help I needed, was dealt with straight away, staff came across as very friendly was asked to take a seat was asked if I'd like a tea or coffee, and the assistance took her time to explain things and nothing was rushed through, would definitely shop here again,

The assistant provided information and then gave us time to come to a decision without being over bearing. When I required further advice she was there.

Rebecca Davies was the sales assistant who served me and I thought she was excellent so helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend her!
