Rebecca who helped me pick what I wanted was friendly and very helpful, I was able to get find and order what I wanted within no less than 30 minuets which from my perspective is all I wanted. next time i buy a bed I hope ill have the pleasure to be served by someone as helpful and knowledgeable as Recbecca. With my fiance moving to UK in less than 16 days and already feeling stressed Rebecca helped me swiftly and efficiently in making choices I needed to and purchasing what I wanted.

your staff were very helpful from the moment i entered the store i was asked if i would like a cup of coffee or tea,as the staff could see i was having trouble breathing i was also offered a seat ,the staff took there time not to rush me,the staff could not have been more helpful if they tried ,i am very happy with my choice of bed and head board the store is well maintained and clean,i even got a free mattress protector ,that made my shopping even more pleasing ,well done yet again,i love dreams beds this is my 3 one now i would never go anywhere else but Dreams.

Ann Marie was very helpful with providing information about the products we were interested in. She also told us about the 3 for 2 offer and was able to give us a price on the furniture

Annmarie in Talbot Green store was so helpful and kind. I had just come back from visiting my sick husband in hospital and the bed was for him when he comes home. I was offered a drink and sat down whilst everything was explained to me in detail, she really could not have been more informative and sympathetic.

Anne Marie and her manager offered first class service. Not pushy at all but informative and knowledgable. Offered great assistance on what we wanted and didn't try and sell us anything we didn't want. Matched any other store and more.

We were assisted by Chris (278) he was very informative and professional without being pushy (pushy sales people put me off buying) I went in for a look around I was considering changing my daughters bed. I purchased 2 gorgeous beds 2 mattresses and 2 Tempur pillows. Thank you Chris for your help

THE SHOP WAS QUIET AND I HAD THE UNDIVIDED ATTENTION OF THE ASSISTANT. HE WAS FRIENDLY BUT NOT PUSHY AND I HAD PLENTY OF TIME TO TRY THE MATTRESSES AND MAKE A DECISION. I WAS OFFERED A DRINK BUT DECLINED IT. ALL THE PRODUCTS WERE EXPLAINED THOROUGHLY BUT NOT TO THE POINT OF BEING ANNOYING.
