From arrival , with a warm welcoming smile from the assistant, to our leaving it was first class all the way.

We arrived at the store having not bought a new mattress for a very long time. We were greeted at the door by Lynne, the store manager who immedietly asked if she could help. We explained that we were clueless and she took the time to walk us through the options and allowed us to try as many mattresses as we cared too, having her advice the whole way through. Despite Lynne walking us through every step, at no time did we feel pushed in to purchasing, just informed! Upon checkout, which was quick and easy, we were surprised to find out that our mattress was available for delivery within 3 days. All in all a very pleasant experience that was made by Lynne and her team.

Rebecca was extremely polite, informative and helpful. She guided as to exactly what we needed and did some in an extremely friendly and non intrusive way. I'd hire her in a flash!

Rebecca was very pleasent and gave us space to look around, but when we needed help in choosing our base, and headboard and. mattress she took my disability into consideration and gave us the best advice on choosing a mattress to meet my needs. She gave us really good idia on weather to have storage and left the decision to us, and also about pillows, very professional at all times.

I was welcomed to the store by Rebecca and allowed to spend time trying different types of mattress. I was offered coffee. The purchase went through smoothly and the terms and conditions were explained well. The hire purchase was arranged easily.
