Salesperson was very friendly and knowledgeable. We were greeted when we entered the store but not made to feel pressured. Several options of mattresses shown - also clear explanation of different types we were trying. Pillow given to enhance mattress. Store was clean and tidy. Large selection of mattresses available.

It has been ten years since we last bought a bed from Dreams, we did buy a bed from another retailer last year but it could not meet the quality of our old bed, so it ended up in our spare room. We wanted a new bed but we wanted the same make. We were served by Amy who listened to our request before explaining that our old bed was not sold any more. However she was able to let us try some other makes that were close to it, explaining the different materials used and the softness/hardness of each mattress until she was certain of the type we were looking for. Then we were introduced to our mattress, it was Amy's favourite and it turned out to be ours.

Very Satisfied with my experience. Offerd tea/coffee by staff, able to try out various mattresses and after chat with staff they were able to direct me to the bed frames (wooden) and what they had in stock and what they would have to order out. Order placed for delivery on Friday estemated date of delivery is Wednesday, old bed could be taken also optional for assembly. happy with service and looking forward to my new bed, with 30-40 day mattress replacement if not satisfied. Staff were happy to talk through options, the sales agreement and current sales or offers they had in store. Very happy to revisit this store and to recommend to friends and family.

The staff were very helpfull as when i went in i was not sure on the best product. They spent time with me getting to know my needs and then helped me to pick the correct product for me.

I was highly satisfied with the service I was provided with. I purchased some bed linen which I was incredibly happy with.
