Amazing help for myself and other half the store manager Lynn from Talbot green branch was amazing as I'm very hard to please but she made everything so much easier. Amazing help felt so welcome. Would recommend anyone time pay her a visit

Rebecca the assistant was very knowledgeable, friendly answered all my questions and was not pushy at all and showed me exactly what I needed.

Chris was our sales man at dreams and was extremely friendly and helpful. We have had a really bad two years and he understood the reasons behind this. I would have like to have spent less but lets hope the bed is as good as they recommended in store only time will tell. Its taken us a long time to save for a lovelly bed

The sales person dealing with us was very helpful My Mother who the purchase is for has dementia and is 95. He was very kind and helpful and supportive during the sale. Not at all pushy. Had tea/ coffee whilst waiting for the staff to find if mattress required was available as for ab electric bed.

I was asked if I needed help when I entered the store even though no pressure was put upon me. I was told to try the mattresses and to be sure I was happy with the chosen one. I was offered tea/coffee and new pillows.

The mattress was what i was looking for without a lot of fussand staff very helpfull would go to store again
