Lovely friendly staff and very helpful

Annmarie served us but her colleague was equally helpful. I told them my budget and Annmarie showed us the relevant items and the best value. Neither salesperson was pushy about getting us to buy a more expensive bed as I thought they would but showed me the higher priced ones as I was interested. It was a very pleasant experience. I was offered a hot drink and everything was explained explicitly. I will definitely recommend this shop again

Chris was very helpful and knowledgeable

Very shortly after entering the store we were approached in a friendly but courteous manner by Rebecca who then spent time understanding our needs, patient with us when changing our minds, and discussing with us our various options, pros/cons pricing in a very knowledgeable way. The whole process to purchase was an enjoyable experience and we were very satisfied with the price and quality of items we bought.

Chris was very helpful with my order and didn't make us feel pressurized to make a purchase while he was helping us, he was very knowledgeable about the products and helped us pick out what was best for us. The only slight issue we had was a slight mistake with the order where the incorrect item was added to our order, but this was quickly rectified and the correct item added in it's place, the only thing we were not happy with is the length of time it takes the refund to process, we would have liked the money back straight away, but this was completely out of Chris' control so it's not his fault at all.

I was assisted in my choice of products by Amy & Lynne - who both understood the products and my needs. (They were that good that they talked me into buying pillows / covers and upgrading the product...) I appreciate good staff / customer care that give good knowledge and are courteous at the same time.

Sales adviser understood what I was looking for and explained the details well. Placing my order was painless and I was able to pick a delivery date that suited me.

Annmarie spent a lot of time talking to us about the different mattresses and bases (on two separate occasions). She was knowledgeable and thorough but did not press us into making a decision. She was also patient.

Lynne could not have been more helpful. She explained the different types of mattress, gave us time to take in all she said, and we were also offered coffee, which was very nice. You could tell she was very happy to spend as much time with us as was needed and, at no time, did we feel pressured into buying. It was a very comfortable experience.

Amy the lady at your Llantrisant Branch was highly experienced..extremely professional and pleasant without being pushy and a credit to your company. A very enjoyable experience.
