Chris was incredibly patient and listened to what I wanted!! He had great knowledge of all the products available. I did not feel rushed or pressurised into buying ( in fact it was my 2nd visit back to the store when I purchased)

The colleague at your Llantrisant store Ann Marie was very helpful. She could see that I was having trouble deciding what I need. So she priced a few different options for me and helped me make my decision alot easier. Also when placing the order her customer service was great. Taking time to explain everything to me.

I was pleased with the look and feel of the bed and mattress. The sales assistants were very friendly and even made a cup of tea for my wife and I. They explained everything clearly and in a genuinely friendly manner.

staff very friendly and understanding. I recently lost my husband and find it difficult to shop and take things in. I was offered a cup of tea and there was no sales pressure it was a very comfortable experience and a pleasure to use the store.

The store assistants could not do enough for us. We explained we are in the middle of renovating and were worried about delivery dates. They put our mind at rest and said out estimated finish date would fit in fine with delivery of items purchased. We were offered tea while we talked and went through the complete order
