Friendly and helpful assistant in store, very quick delivery within two days of order. Very accommodating delivery to fit in with work commitments. Can't fault experience from beginning to end.

Spent a long time trying different mattresses this was not a problem to the assistant who advised us throughout the process.

The staff member Mike was extremely helpful without being overbearing or pushy, which we really appreciated. His advice was very useful and aided our decisions.

I was helped very efficiently and very quick. Mike gave me proper advice and help.

Amy was very helpful she explained all the different mattress types and showed us which one would meet our needs. She also made us a lovely cuppa and explained all the payment options

We were greeted upon entering the store, and told to ask for help if we needed it, as we wanted to have a look around and discuss bed options and prices on our own for a minute. The store assistant, Chris, then helped us with all our questions, and showed us a bed that was a better option, and suited us better, than the one we originally picked out. Good price, we haven't yet received delivery, but it seemed like a good quality bed as well.

I was very satisfied with my visit to dreams as I've never been there before to shop before. Can't wait for my purchase to arrive now.

Dealt with really effectively

Being an awkward, tight fisted , Liverpool Irishman, you will realise that I shop around before I part with any money. My visit to "Dreams" was my fourth approach in my adventure in mattress purchasing and I found the attitude of your assistant-Lynn- to be very business like and knowledgeable. Hence the reason I purchased from "Dreams" Most professional. I have never had my money taken from me in such a charming way!!!

We have bought beds from Dreams previously and been very happy with the service provided. We were able to draw up a shortlist of what we needed by using the website and then could see and test the products we were interested in at the store. Service was attentive but not over-pushy. We were asked if we wanted to make other purchases but were not pushed once we said we did not.
