Our assistance can from a very enthusiastic and knowledge gent called Mike, he was great not to pushy and gave us all the time we needed. Offered us drinks and let our 4yr old son Use the toilet. Great experience. Delivery within 3days. To come on thurs so hope we continue to be highly satisfied

I was Highly satisfied as the member of staff Michael was very helpful and answered all our queries to our satisfaction.

Chris who served me was helpful and informative. The price was very competitive compared to other brands and I was able to take the mattresses with me on the day.

Chris the sales rep was very pleasant and polite help us in any way it could we where also offered tea or coffee while we was looking around we felt really comfortable at the store.

Chris the sales rep was very professional and didn't push me into anything I wasn't interested in just give me all the answers to the product is was interested in buying.

The knowledge and politeness of the Dreams Colleague was exemplary, after asking what type of product we were looking for he showed us he range in store. Once he had done this he gave good advice on the manufacture of the mattress and left us to look at and try all within the range we were interested in to see what we preferred with the option to ask any further questions we may have. Most importantly there was never any pressure put on us to make a purchase and the store team are a credit to the company.

I visited the Llantrisant store and was attended to by Chris. He was very knowledgeable and gave very good advice on which we made our purchase. He asked about our sleeping habits and positions etc. together with any particular ailments that might be sleep related. He went out of his way to make sure we had good flexibility for delivery times and dates so that it fit into our availability. There was a good range of products and ancillary goods. Overall Chris was very helpful.

Having purchased from dreams before on our king sized bed we were more than happy with the quality and price of your products and as back then the staff were very friendly knowledgeable and helpful so much so we have returned to purchase 2 new double beds and know we have no worries about quality or standard of the items once again staff brilliant nothing was to much trouble and outgoing as well a positive asset to your company
