Everything went smothly

I visited Llantrisant store and was served by Mike. The product knowledge and customer service I received from Mike was incredible. After running into a few issues with credit company, I realised that we had stayed over an hour after the store was due to close. Mike made me feel so comfortable and was more than happy to take the time to make sure I knew everything I needed to know. will definitely be recommending dreams to my friends, family and colleagues. looking forward to receiving my bed and mattress!!

Not rushed into purchase, friendly staff with personality. Given plenty of time to look at all options.

tHE GENTLEMEN WHO ASSISTED ME WAS LOVELY AND VERY HELPFUL. I HAVE A LOWER BACK INJURY AND CAN'T WALK VERY FAST AND HE TOOK THE TIME THE COME AROUND THE STORE WITH ME WHILST I TRIED VARIOUS MATTRESSES. HE RECOMMENDED CERTAIN MATTRESS TYPES, HE WAS QUITE RIGHT, AND EVEN BROUGHT THE SAME PILLOW ALONG SO THAT I COULD MAKE A GENUINE COMPARISON. HE COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE HELPFUL
