Having already visited a competitors store the day before, there was no comparison. Chris in the llantrisant store was excellent. He gave us very good advice and the whole process was simple and we ended up with the exact products we wanted.

On entering Dreams we were asked if we required help a seat and cup of coffee. As we gave assistant Details we were shown the beds available. Store knew what we were after and purchase was made. As delivery was a problem to us, we were able to collect from stock in store. This solved our problem. Very pleased with our visit.

No pressures sale mam, friendly and patient. Help us understand the different matriss types and what most suited us.

Gentleman who served me was really patient when i couldn't decide between the beds and was very helpful going over the specs of what i wanted to buy. Also checked on line for me for other beds available. The store was really friendly

We came into the store following us finding a bed we liked online and learning about the sake, but I wanted to see it first. When we walked in Jonathan asked what we were looking for and we showed him a picture of the bed on our phone. He knew where it was straight away and took us over, he also showed us a selection of similar beds. He then asked what type of mattress we would want, and when I said soft he pointed out all the soft mattresses for us. I didn't even think of pillows until he mentioned it, and we got a really good deal on the most comfortable pillows! We also made great savings on the duvet he pointed out too!

The sales person (Michael) was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He was not pushy. Was able to answer all questions that were put to him. both of the sales people at the store at that time were great but it was Michael who was free at the time who did the sales. When I get that type of help and professionalism I do make recommendation to other people, e.g. friends, colleagues etc.
