Your Sales Colleague Mike was very good , has a very nice rapport with the customer's and explained many aspects of the product we were interested in. I asked several questions and Mike had the answers to hand with out reference. He was most informative with different mattress styles and firmness levels. He listened well and came across as a very competent Salesman.

I was very pleased with the service at the store. I was offered a coffee by the store manager straight away and then was introduced to Chris who was going to help me with my purchase. I told him my budget and what type of mattress I wanted. Chris explained the difference with the types of springs and fillings which helped me understand them much more and then advised that I tried various mattresses for firmness and comfort. We narrowed them down one by one and I eventually chose the Wakefield D mattress. Chris was extremely pleasant and helpful and we completed the sale and delivery options quickly and easily. There was no rush and Chris gave me as much time as I wanted to choose the right mattress. The whole experience was helpful and friendly and I would definitely go back there again. Jonathan and his assistant ere very friendly. Jonathan dealt with us primarily and he was very knowledgeable about the products we were interested in.

Chris who served us was available to us throughout but he was not pushy and allowed us to enjoy looking around without pressure. He was very helpful in assessing our needs and he was extremely patient with my 14 year old son who had a lot of questions. I will be purchasing an additional 2 beds over the next 3 months and will do so in store hopefully with Chris rather than online, this was all down to the customer service I received.
