Dreams - Llantrisant

We had Simon (Llantrisant branch) for our purchase. We had previously visited the Bridgend and Caerphilly branches in weeks previous, and had good customer service at those too. However Simon was fab. He put us at ease, was very informative, calm, asked the right questions and listened to ours too. We didn’t expect to purchase yesterday, but Simon satisfied all of our objections and did so very professionally

Extremely helpful from the moment we walled into the shop, took the time to ask us about our budget, type of beds that we were looking for etc, we were shown and given various options of beds, mattresses and headboards to suit our children's needs , our children were able to try out the various types of mattresses and we felt safe and valued throughout our time in the store. The cleanliness was second to none. As a family we are extremely happy with our experience at Dreams Llantrisant Store and can't recommend Stuart enough,our son has special needs and Stuart was very patient and understanding and couldn't do enough for us all. Thankyou so much, it means the world.

The lady named Jo at the llantrisant store was extremely helpful in finding what we wanted. She offered us a beverage as soon as she made contact with us. We used the sleep technology machine under Jo's supervision and she adhered to covid protocols throughout our visit. Jo answered any questions we had and she is very knowledgeable about the products on offer. We were very satisfied with our purchase and we look forward to our delivery which Jo was very helpful in arranging a date which was suitable for us. Thank you Jo

Simon at Llantrisant branch was very helpful in helping me choose the right bed frame and also mattress. Simon undertook a ‘Sleepmatch’ service to ensure I had the best fit. Simon wasn't pushy, but provided me with the information to make my own decision. Level of hygiene was very high throughout the whole process. The process of purchasing was quick and easy and lots of possible dates for delivery to suit my needs. Very happy with the service I received.

I arrived just as the shop openned. First customer and no others in the shop. The person I dealt with knew exactly what I wanted. The high tech bed that helps to check out what I needed is amazing even if I dont believe all technology. The machine selected what mattress I needed and there were a choice of three mattresses to suit. I tried all three and picked the one I thought was best. The price did influence my decision but still had to be good quality. I then sat down and completed all paperwork and was informed when my mattress would be delivered. People need to visit a shop to try the mattresses as I previously purchased one online and it was like sleeping on a block of concrete. I slept on it twice and then gave it away. Trying a mattress before you purchase is essential especially if you wish to have a good nights sleep. Never been to a shop to do this previously. Would recommend Dreams to anyone.
