Assistant polite, knowledgeable and friendly. Showed me all options available for my needs and budget. Explained delivery and terms and conditions well.

I was extremely satisfied with my experience to dreams, this was completely down to Jonathan he was absolutely fantastic, he was not a pushy salesman but shared his knowledge in a friendly manner and his product knowledge was fanastic, he knew exactly what he was talking about and made my experience purchasing products great!

well we popped in to compare prices having been to several other shops. The 2 salesmen were brilliant. Very knowledgeable and friendly. They were also very patient considering how many beds we tested. Bought from the Llantrisant store. Would highly recommend them

Very pleasant and knowledgable staff

The shop was clean and tidy As soon as i walked in the sales advisor a stood up to greet me with a smile. Luckily I knew what i wanted to purchase and wanted finance option he sat me down offered me a coffee. I told him I was "cutting it fine "turning up late knowing they close at 7pm due to my work commitments. He told me he would stay as long as it takes and not to panick. I felt at ease and comfortable .

We were very satisfied with the whole aspect of our shopping experience at Dreams, and they took all the time we needed to select our purchase and nothing was too much trouble for them.

My wife and I visited the dreams store in Llantrisant today where we were greeted by one of the sales team he introduced himself as jack we explained what we where looking for and jack then explained to us all about the product we wanted.He explained everything we needed to know about the product he gave us demonstrations of different mattresses and pillows he made us feel very comfortable for us to ask any questions we wanted and other members of the sales team came to assist jack they where also very good too offering us hot drinks.to be fair this store is recommened to visit the team are excellent..

Salesman knowledgeable about type of bed required also price range I wanted to pay.
