During the time I was in the store I felt that the staff treated me as a valued customer.

My husband and I were highly satisfied due to the friendliness of the assistant that served us very helpful .We explained we needed a bed and mattress for our spare room we found the bed and because it is for our spare room we were told an average price for the mattress which was a good price and we were very happy.

From the moment we walked through the door of the store my husband and I felt welcomed. We were approached by Jonathan, ( a fab bloke ) who was very informative friendly and helpful. We were offered a hot drink, very welcome on a typical winter day. The whole experience was amazing, the store will definitely be our first port of call should we need to purchase anything else.

Upon arrival at your Llantrisant store, we were immediately approached by an extremely friendly welcoming sales person who asked for our specifications. He then gave a detailed explanation of the mattress colour coding system and encouraged us to try them out, ensuring that he made us as comfortable as possible. His product knowledge was excellent and he was very thorough during the ordering process explaining the delivery timings. He is the main reason we would recommend The Dreams Llantrisant Store to our friends and family. A credit to your company.

There was no pushy sales pitch. I was allowed sufficient time and assistance with my choices of ottoman bars and mattresses. Ordering was painless. Only slightly disappointed that unable to have all of my order delivered the same day. Delay due to availability of items.

Friendly and informative staff. No pushy sales techniques. Listened to our needs and responded accordingly helping us find a mattress for us both due to our differing tastes.

I went instore to buy a mattress found on the website. The assistant made sure my choice was right for me and the whole process was done in no time at all.

After being welcomed, we were asked if we had visited the store before, and then what we were interested in. When told, the staff informed us of where to look, the reasoning for the layout and if we wanted any further assistance to ask. We were then left to look through the different products and when we asked for further information, they took the time and trouble to explain in more detail.

The store had what I wanted,delivery available in a reasonable time, the customer service was excellent
