I went into my local Dreams store looking to purchase a new mattress. I'e never purchased a mattress before, so had no idea what I was looking for. Your assistant Jocelyn kindly explained all the different types of mattresses available and showed me a number of mattresses within my price range. She offered me a pillow and advised to take my time going around the store trying all the different ones until I found one I like. She was very polite and friendly. There was no pressure to purchase. Jocelyn explained all the purchase details from delivery date, price and collection of my old mattress, as well as offered me a free mattress protector for taking out an extended warranty. Couldn't fault the service I received.

The sales person smiled when we entered the store asked if he could help ,when we said yes he very kindly asked if we would like refreshments. He was very helpful showing the full range of products, the we made our decision he took us back to the desk explained every thing to us, we only required a mattress but left feeling very pleased with courtesies shown to us and look forward to the delivery on the 19th thank you Dreams for your excellent service

From the time we entered the store, we were acknowledged straight away, Mike the store assistant was very knowledgeable and helped my mum with the choice she had made.

Mike (sales advisor) from Llantrisant was very informative & not to pushy, he knew Everything about all the beds we were looking at. We purchased 4 beds in total & nothing was a problem to him, he was very friendly & would highly recommend him.

The sales assistant Mike at the Talbot Green store was very friendly. We were very concerned about purchasing the correct product as my husband suffers with lower back problems. He guided us around the store talking us through all the different products and encouraging my husband to try them out. He Wasn't in the slightest bit 'pushy' and we felt comfortable in his company. He was also very knowledgable about the products he was selling. Were offered tea and coffee also. I would definitely recommend friends and family to purchase from this store and we will revisit in the future.

The staff member Chris greeted me as I walked though the door. He was very friendly and happy to help. He took me through the store showing me different styles of the type of bed I asked for and explained each a every one of them. He asked if I wanted a drink while I was looking around and then sat me down and explained everything about the bed I chose. He went through all the different types of cover I could have and went through the delivery days and times with me. Chris was very polite and patient and I would happily go to store again.
