The overall service was excellent from the moment I stepped in the shop. It was the Llantrisant branch and Mike was fantastic. Very helpful, friendly and was clearly an expert in his field! Other staff in the store were nice too. He made the whole process very easy and couldn't do enough to help

I came into your Llantrisant store on Saturday with my family. My husband spied a bed with a tv attached. We were greated by Chris . He showed us mattress' to go with tv beds and had a fantastic knowledge of all items available. the storex

Chris was extremely friendly and cooperative. His knowledge and experience were invaluable in assisting with our decision to purchase the items. Even though he was discussing the items with us, he still greeted other customers as they came into the store, without neglecting us. The camaraderie between the employees was homely and we were made to feel very welcome. When we visited the store the previous day, the offer of a coffee was given, though Chris, at the time, did not know whether we were going to purchase or not. We were given time and space to make our decision without being hassled. Throughout the two visits, the service was extremely high.

Attended your store at Talbot Green and was helped by Jonathan who listened to our needs and was very informative to what would suit. His knowledge was greatly appreciated and he wasn’t pushy as some sales people are.

I visited Dreams in Llantrisant after having a nightmare in a store closer to myself. I was greeted as soon as I walked in by a lovely lady and gentleman. They were so helpful and spent a long time helping me to sort out my bed and ordering it after I was told in another store it wouldn’t have been possible. Having working in an environment where I serve customers on a daily basis, I was so pleased to be served by such friendly and helpful people. I believe the ladies name was Jocelyn and then gentleman Chris / David. I can’t remember sorry!

Very efficient, friendly, knowledgable staff

Was asked what we wanted and then given directions as to what would be most suitable for us. Offered tea and coffee. Very quick purchase and sale. All promotions offered to us at the time which we also took advantage of. Thank you.
