The staff at the llantrisant store were so friendly and approachable made me and my mum feel at ease wasn’t forced into buying something we didn’t want we went in knowing what we wanted they gave us the advice we needed and placed the order with ease

I phoned the Llantrisant store as my husband is in his late 70’s and we had been shielding over Christmas period due to his ill-health. I wanted to know how busy the store was. As it was a bank holiday Sunday Stuart the store manager invited us to visit at 4.30 after the store had closed. I think this is exceptional service, we bought a new complete bed and are now customers for life! Many thanks Stuart for making this a very safe & pleasant experience.

From the moment we walked through the door we were welcomed by the store manager Stewart who was very helpful, and informative . He was very patient with myself and husband who is on crutches and has to take his time getting around due to health issues. We purchased two mattress that we wanted after being reassured by Stewart who answered all our questions with professionalism.

The service myself and my husband received was fantastic, we were told everything we needed to know about the product we were looking at, we were told of the different advantages of the different types of beds we were looking at, we were given the option of different colour schemes and the different headbands on offer and we were given the opportunity to try the bed test to see what mattress best suited us

Purchased a double bed yesterday for a spare room , was helped by a female assistant and from start to finish she was very informative friendly and helpful . Whilst paying for our bed we also had a chat to her male colleague who was just as friendly, very pleasant experience as I don’t normally like shopping 😂 but would have no hesitation shopping again at Talbot Green store. Thank you , from one happy shopper .

Simon at Dreams Llantrisant went above and beyond for us - he was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The Dreams "Sleepmatch" service was great fun (!) and provided us with some useful options, one of which we went on to purchase. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience and we would shop at Dreams again / recommend to friends and family.

Simon and all the store staff were excellent. Although busy took time to understand our needs. Recommended products.. there was no pressure to buy. Very covid friendly. Very clean store

The service from the moment we entered the store was friendly polite pleasant but not pushy. The assistant Chris was very knowledgeable and explained everything very clearly. We didn’t feel rushed or pressured into purchase just supported to make the correct choice. Very helpful and good experience during this visit. I will return to this store in the future.

Staff super friendly, was able to look through the store with no pressure to buy. Bought beds/mattresses here before and would highly recommend 🙂
