All the dreams staff were approachable and related to ours needs as customers, even down to offering us a drink and a cold pillow as it was a warm day to cool us down. They were able to answer all questions that we had and gave us their advice/tips if we needed help to decide. Definatly be back when my bed goes again.

As soon as we walked into store, we were greeted by a lovely assistant called Mike. He was very personable and thorough with his product knowledge. He balanced being really attentive with giving us space to browse and discuss. As a young couple saving every penny we have for a wedding, a mattress was a purchase that we didn't want to make but after suffering a spring to the hip, thought it best we invest. We explained to Mike that price point was a huge deal to us and he immediately understood and helped us without judgement or trying to upsell. He is a credit to your company and made what we thought would be a boring experience into a pleasant afternoon. Thanks Mike and team at Llantrisant!

Understanding what i was looking for in a mattress

From the minute we entered the store we were met with the offer of a drink and a seat. Michael then proceeded to ask what bed we were interested in. He showed us all of the beds that suited our requirements and explained the differences between them in language we could relate to. No sales jargon! He spent more than an hour helping us while we walked around the store but was not at all pushy and helped us understand what it was that we really wanted /needed from a new bed. Having spent some time with Michael it became very obvious that he knew exactly what he was talking about and that made us feel very comfortable about spending a lot of money. In his very capable hands we decided to go ahead and purchase a new bed and mattress which we are sure will meet all our requirements.

Your representative Up was very friendly but not pushy when she approached us.We were directed to the type of mattress we wanted and given an in-depth explanation of the merits of what we needed. All in all a worthwhile experience
