The advisor was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Mike took the time to talk us through your products and help choose appropriate accessories that suited my needs. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone, he was extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him. A massive thank you to him for his patience as I did take a while choosing the right bed.

I was served by Chris who was very pleasant and helpful. He offered a few options that fitted our needs and price range and did not hard sell anything. I was more than happy to place the order there. The overall buying experience was very good, the only down side was the delivery time which was out of Chris's control. I would definitely recommend talking to Chris if you are looking for a new bed or mattress.

Chris spent most of his time with us, he informed us how the beds, mattresses and the colour on the displays worked. He explained to us in great detail about all the different types of mattresses that were available. He offered myself and my wife some refreshments, and gave us space to look around the store to see if there were anything we’d like. When having questions he was very helpful in answering them all in good detail.

Jo was really friendly and approachable. She wasn't intimidating or pushy. Felt relaxed and happy to do business with her. Her advise suited my needs and in the end we found the bed best suited to me! Thank you again Jo and lovely to have met you. Best wishes, Emma

Mike was great and very helpful. He didn't crowd us or come across pushy - just provided the information we needed and left us to look around and ponder colours. He went out of his way to get us the best deal and accommodate our needs.

we did not feel pressured in any way to buy which is what i like when i am shopping,we were approached by Chris offering his assistance in explaining the difference between different beds and asking our preferences then directing us to where he thought we should try,we tried lots of different beds and he gave us lots of different pillows to see what we found comfortable.

I was not pressured into buying something that may have not been suitable. I was given the opportunity to look at everything and was given good advice and what may be suitable for my needs. Very friendly staff and helpful.

OK Good Attention, well pleased

The shop assistant was very helpful, my husband has a bad back and we talked through all the options, and types of beds available. We talked so much that the store needed to close, so Chris locked the door and completed our purchase. Excellent service (we had gone to another shop Leeks and they were closed) so this extra touch made a big difference as we did not have time to come back into store. Chris went above and beyond what was expected and we were very impressed. I would not normally leave feedback but in the case, he really does deserve some recognition. Also note to management, please fit some air con or supply fans, the store was very very warm, with no air (I know it’s a heatwave but very hot environment for people to work in) Chris never mention this, but you could see he was hot.

Chris the guy in the shop was brilliant. He worked over his hours so he could process our sale. Very nice and came accross as genuine and he did nt push anything on us, but we still bought pillows and mattress cover, so he's a good salesman.
