Chris at the branch was very helpful. Also took his time to mess about with our 2 children. Made me and my partner a lovely cup of tea and even had a muffin and crisps for the kids. Excellent knowledge of the products he was telling us about and didn't try and push us into buying a more expensive mattress than we needed.

The gentleman who served us was fantastic. I felt listened to and valued, he took time to understand our needs and did not do a hard sell. Probably the best service I have received from a salesperson (ever!)

The sales assistant was very good and gave us time to decide on our product without hovering and over selling items

we were given a selection of mattresses to try, my wife suffers from a bad back which Jocelyn took into consideration and helped us pick the perfect mattress for us.

Chris remembered me from 2 years ago when I bought a bed for my deaf cousin. He listened to my requirements , provided excellent advice and explanations, and ensured that I was happy with the types of mattresses I tried. Ordering process was thorough, colours selected, all costs explained in full. My only “complaint/comment is that delivery can be a long time, and dependant on a whims of carrier.

From the moment we entered the store we were made to feel welcome without being harassed (which l hate and will walk out ). All members of the staff were very helpful and Chris was very helpful in helping us find the beautiful bed we bought.
