Really helpful and friendly staff, never a problem answering any questions I had.

As soon as I walked into dreams I was welcomed by staff. I've been looking for awhile for a bed.at different stores. And I needed advice helping me buy. Your staff provided this for me. Her knowledge was excellent she lovely lady and friendly. Gave me time on my own to which I appreciated. I bought a king size and I have already started spreading the word about the excellence of dreams. Now I'm going back next week with my friend so she can buy. Keep it up dreams well done

The staff we dealt with Mike and Chris on separate occasions were friendly, knowledgable, and prepared to spend as much time as needed with us. We were offered tea and coffee on both visits, and any queries that we had were dealt with efficiently and courteously.

Stuart who assisted us was very polite and understanding with our need for the bed and nothing was too much trouble to ask for. Other staff members were also very friendly and made myself and partner feel at ease in the shop. The shop was set out perfectly and any help we needed Stuart would be straight there to help

Found the bed we were looking for and had lots of advice about the mattresses from Stuart who was extremely helpful , friendly , polite and knowledgeable. Had the date of delivery which we wanted and great to have it all unpacked and packinging taken away . Stuart went through the terms and conditions and was thorough but not over the top !!

The assistant was most helpful and polite,and answered every question we asked him.

Excellent staff answered all our questions and offered coffee. We also found the store very welcoming, all in all shopping was a pleasure.

Chris and mike at llantrisant store were excellent. Very helpful, polite, and even had a cup of coffee. Even my 2 year old nephew had a drink which pleased him. So pleased with my items am going to go back and furnish a further 2 bedrooms of my brand new house. Can’t rate service enough. Well done both
