Very friendly and helpful staff member, great product knowledge and asked questions to see the type of bed or mattress I was after, showed me and talked about the products that were available and told me about the offer's that were available.

I purchased the bed for my son who has profound learning difficulties. I needed to ensure the bed would suit his complex needs. The store assistant spent a great deal of time with me, nothing was any problem. We had mattresses off the bases, and drawers removed. She displayed a good understanding/knowledge of products and was able to give me that information in a coherent manner. At no time did I feel rushed to make a purchase. I was given a cup of coffee. I was able to visit my son's property to check if a mattress and base was needed or mattress only and return to the store before purchase. Delivery set to match his needs. Excellent!!

The gentleman that served my partially 87yr old father and myself was excellent. The purchase was made at llantrisant Glamorgan Retail Park and I think his name was Michael. He was a credit to,your company.

The sales person made me feel really welcomed and was very friendly and very honest. I liked her sales technique and would definitely go back to her again for assistance or if looking for further furniture in the near future.

Ease of ordering and good website. Delivery and assembly was excellent and the delivery guys demonstrated the bed before leaving, taking all the packaging with them.
