Chris, the assistant who put our order through, went above and beyond to give us the best experience possible which was a really important to us as we’re first time buyers so we want to have the most enjoyable experience and we did! Make us feel comfortable, brought us tea and coffee, and at no point felt pushed into the wrong situation for us, he assured us that what we were purchasing would be beneficial to ourselves. 5* service.

The person assisting us was fantastic & really helpful. Everything was explained clearly to us so we could find what we were looking for with ease.They even showed me how to put the base together. The layout of the store was easy to navigate & all our questions were answered.

I was looking to try out the Eve mattress and was promptly directed straight to it. The team were friendly but I felt able to try the products out at my leisure too. I was impressed that the product was cheaper with Dreams that direct from the supplier, saving me £100. The staff were very helpful and friendly and I've already recommended the store to my family and friends.
