I was highly satisfied as the time and attention that your employee spent taking us through what we were looking for was second to none. We were looking to purchase a new mattress and Matt at your Llanelli store talked us through everything. We did the sleepmatch test and it gave us a great idea of what we were looking for and Matt then took us to the recommended mattresses for us to try. We actually then left the store without purchasing anything and what was great that no one was pushy or overbearing to our decision. Having left we realised that what we were looking for was exactly what we had been recommended and returned 20 minutes later and purchased the mattress. The whole experience was excellent, thank you
