When I got to dreams - the staff member - who’s name was Luke (store manager) was so friendly but not pushy - his people skills were outstanding along with his genuineness. Luke went out of his way to help us and nothing was too much trouble for him. Luke was very experienced and knew his products / the way Luke came across meant that we chose dreams.
